Besides low resolution, some images also got blur and noise on them, it is necessary to remove these imperfections before you enlarge images. Therefore, you can combine other features together with enlarger, such as Sharpener to remove blur, or Denoiser to remove noise, to get the best possible quality.
Also, you can try to adjust the suppress noise or remove blur parameters, or give the Auto Parameter a try, to see which parameter is best suitable for your image.
