I suppose I should have tried the free option prior to paying money but I read good reviews about your site and paid now so I could get the Christmas discount. However I'm now starting to regret that decision since I don't have a single photo successfully processed.

AI photo restorer has a limits on the size of your uploaded images, it only accepts 2000x2000px. Please upload your image from the feature introducing page, it will resize your image to the right size automatically and then process it.
